I work with executives and top management teams whose initiatives stall because legitimate demands contradict each other. For more than twenty years, I led organisations through transformation and restructuring in leadership roles at C-level and SVP level, including at Kelkoo, XING, Betsson and DERTOUR. Today I research the cognitive foundations of how leaders navigate paradoxes in organisations, in my Executive PhD at Antwerp Management School.
